How do you even fit a video projector onto something that small, the physics feel like they shouldn't cooperate.

So they're reshuffling the branding again. At this rate they'll rename it three more times before most people figure out what it does.

Finally. Jumping between wrangler, the dashboard, and raw API calls has been annoying for a while. I'm keen on the local explorer most, debugging Workers locally has always been clunky. Anyone know how this plays with Terraform-managed infra?

The contrarian bet is fun but I wonder how it actually holds up. Prediction markets do tend to overprice dramatic outcomes, so "always bet no" isn't as dumb as it sounds. Would love to see real P&L over a few months, not just the thesis.

We rolled it out across ~1k engineers and the biggest issue wasn't the model quality, it was observability. Nobody could tell me if the agent was stuck in a loop, which sessions were expensive, or what the cache hit rate looked like. Without that visibility you can't distinguish "the model is bad" from "my setup is bad." Most of the complaints we got early on turned out to be config problems.
