Universaly accepted truths about UIs that Liquid Glass violates:<p>* Consistent look across instances<p>* Consistent look as surrounding content changes<p>* Contrast is meaningful<p>* Interactsble elements are not stacked on the z axis<p>* Animation conveys meaning<p>You can see evidence that even Apple understands this by the presence of the options to disable many aspects of Liquid Glass living in the accessibility options.</p>

<p>Apple doesn't make their own CPUs, they just design them (using ARM IP). It's TSMC that <i>makes</i> them. The bottleneck with RAM is the manufacturing side.</p>

<p>I came here to say the same. Visiual Studio <i>finally</i> got this and it's called 'Edit and Continue'. IDEA can invoke a Java feature to reload classes and move the point of execution. Neither are as reliable as VB6 was.</p>

<p>.idea was designed to be added to source control. It doesnt have to be, but everyone on the team using the same project configuration has its advantages. Code style can be checked in too, reducing or preventing the churn you speak of.</p>
