Why do you need mlx? Like your blog post by you never explain why things need to be used.

Started my mp3 collection with mIRC client. I believe my first mp3 was Killing in the Name by RATM followed up by Sober by Tool. Showed my friend how to play music on the computer and they were blown away. The good old days. Finding help for SQL, programming was a lot faster than today for some subjects.

Sometimes I pop into HexChat but the servers I used to use aren't there or not as good. Freenode? I think it was called.

I run clearpayments.ca completely word of mouth and referrals only payment processing services and sytescope.com

I give all clients the best rates possible because it doesn't matter as its not my primary source of income. However, business owners hate change so its hard to convince them lower fees and better products are better for them in the long run.

I make between $3500/m - $5000/m maybe 10 support emails a month.

I also build apps on the side for sytescope.com integrations.

I can put all the content into text. Would putting it all into json or cvs with headers be helpful? Break down content by topic, categories, links to other pages if it needs to read other content?

Edit. Rephrased the question.

I'm looking for the best way to train from my business knowledge base for openAI, Llama, or Claude on my own private business knowledge base.

That data will then be used in a chatbot(maybe whatsapp) on my website that will either create an appointment for call, send follow up email with more information, or directly connect to an real agent.

I will use it to update my CRM information too.

Knowledge comes in all kinds of formats, PDF, Excel, Power Point Slides, Videos.

Looking for some advice on how to do this on a budget. I am a programmer so I do not mind getting my hands dirty or even running my own server that can do most of the work.

But if there is a 3rd party service or open source tool that does most of this, I'm happy to give it a shot too.

I'm wondering how these services build so many integrations so quickly? I'm trying to build some integrations myself and we need multiple integrations. I'm finding it very tedious. How do they no what can connect with what? When customer data changes how does it know it can still connect with another integration?

Anyone have some detailed insight on how they were all built so quickly?

Reminds me of a fun project I did in 2005. I made a course schedule generator that once you picked your courses it showed price comparison of text book prices from local university bookstore and amazon. I made a bit of money before receiving a lawyer call from the university.

Funny part was, they could have used our course scheduler for students but no, they wanted students to still hand pick their classes one by one.

This let you block off times you didn't want class and it would make a schedule around that.

Reason was, "students might think they are registering for their class when they are not". We had an alert stating we didn't actually pick the classes and to log in __link__ to start. had the same warning everywhere.

I lost the battle.
