Biggest:
1)stop companies buying up properties and renting them out.
2) big tax on capital gains for any house flip under 2 years holding
3) big companies may own houses in new build projects, with the intention of selling them
4) lean in hard to minenergy prefabricated houses
5) reduce red tape from government
That's it, increase supply, reduce big business demand

They will need to do something new here, somewhere between patents and copyright, to help protect US intellectual property on the AI stage.
Otherwise, US r&d will fold on this.
Longer term, 2 years plus, it will be a race to the cheapest as almost all models will be better than our current frontier ones.

A distributed adaptive system with local knowledge and fast adaptation, efficient resource allocation.
It's called capitalism or freedom. Stop asking for everyone's freedom to be taken away.
Our family escaped communism the hard way.
Communism is like a guy in a club who says he's selling ecstasy but it's giving out cyanide.

i lost faith in CNN way before.
Why is politics/ communism being pushed on hacker news?
You have to know, government is incredibly inefficient, so indifferent it can barely do its basic work.
When you put it in charge of the details of the economy, everything breaks down, basics disappear, people starve.
And then they start arresting people complaining about it, and they build walls so you can't escape.
It has all the benefits of being in prison.

I think the major take away is, Chinese labs are very good at stealing others AI work and offering it did a fraction of the cost.
This will be the reason the AI stock market bubble bursts.
Unless they add in protection similar to patents, which stops these copied models being used by business.

Kirk was a good man, who discussed ideas and engaged in open dialog. Those villifying him across the spectrum think that good is evil and evil is good. They have no moral compass, just wanting petty social validation from a twisted hateful group.
If the forces of evil want violence instead, they will undoubtedly get what they want.
This website is in bad taste.
