I agree, anecdotally I've only hit any usage limits on the $100 Max plan in the past couple of days using Fable 5. Evaluating old codebases eats a lot of tokens. But before Fable 5 I was running Opus 4.8 on max effort most of the day and rarely getting close to 50% usage. I rarely run dynamic workflows and sub-agents though.

An EMP attack from an enemy nation is unlikely but a solar flare could happen at any time. In 1859 the world experienced an enormous geomagnetic storm when a coronal mass ejection hit Earth's magnetosphere. If the same solar flare happened today most of the world's power grid could be wiped out minus government and military hardened assets.

If you look at current pictures of operators in the field many are already using Android phones (usually Samsung). They primarily mount on the upper chest in the admin area of a plate carrier which helps keep the phone out of the way and makes the device immediately accessible. This Tactical Edition uses a Juggernaut case which is already the defacto standard case and mounting solution. ATAK is an interesting platform even in the limited version civilians have access to.

I've been in a couple channels with several hundred people. The admins handled it by shouting until everyone was quiet, enforcing one person speaking at a time, and swiftly muting, moving, or banning anyone who disobeyed. I'm not sure if Discord's API is flexible enough for a bot like that.

Reminds me of attending a conference and being in a workshop with a member of TC39, the Ecmascript standards committee. I was sitting next to this individual but didn't know who they were. I made the mistake of complaining about modern JS and version splitting. Fortunately, I didn't say anything too harsh but I definitely would have held my tongue if I knew who they were.
