To be fair in 2001 php was the underdog of tech stack. It has just got ride of the PHP (Personal Home Page) taste in the language mouth. So wouldn't be surprised if some company running solaris would kick him off.

Yeah in late 90s telnet to server was the default. So all those delicious cli were just flowing in the Ethernet traffic in plain text.

You can also self host via ollama assuming you got proper GPU. Running it on CPU can take minutes.

Greed is NOT the ultimate problem. With over 21 trillion undocumented adjustments in US GOV. It is too much for just greed. People who are taking that much money is about control.

Why is langchain still used, thought that not needed, can it just be replaced with some type of custom ETL functions. Or is that still defector ways to interacte with llam?
