No one will ever know or care if you’re working remotely while in Japan on a tourist visa. Just AirBnB and get ordinary travel insurance.

For a paltry 6 months this nomad visa seems like a massive amount of paperwork for no benefit.

Is there any evidence that this is really a problem? Zeppelins were in use for decades completely safely, as are modern airships.

We had over 500 applicants for our recent intern position. HR screened out 5 for me, and I interviewed 2.

It was a fantastic hire, but ultimately entirely random.

How old are you? Have you been exposed to serious illness or death before?

This is my world at the moment (terminal melanoma and no more treatment options left after 2 years of immunotherapy). What you’re seeing is not human suffering but human survival, and it’s an absolutely beautiful thing.

You’re right, they are just 90% white rice with some flavouring. No more “healthy” than a white bread sandwich.

My dad grew up in a world without plastic. Packaging of food and goods was orders or magnitude less than now. Most of it is completely unnecessary.

Safe breaking distance is 2 seconds of travel between two and the car in front of you. In my experience almost no one ever follows this guidance and therefore yes, the rear-ender is always at fault.
