This is the result of combining my experience as an accredited coach with my 20 years of industry experience, offering something unique to people working in Tech.
Tech can be rewarding, but it’s also an intense, fast-moving field. I speak to a lot of people feeling burned out, unsupported and rudderless. It doesn’t have to be this way. My goal is help these folks restore a sense of purpose and impact through generating clarity, focus and momentum, whether they’re looking for a promotion, pivoting careers or running their own company.

I agree that a more-informed populace is beneficial. I'm just not sure that consuming news in 1) the quantities or 2) the format that we do is leading to that.

https://nobt.co.uk
It's only a few months old, but I kicked off the blog by sharing the story of my last three years: going through divorce, burnout and depression as a cofounder, in the midst of the pandemic.
The first part of the story is here: https://www.nobt.co.uk/p/three-years-part-one
I'm using this story as a springboard to understand burnout, explore recovery, and circle the bigger topics of meaning and fulfilment in work.
I have a bigger archive of writings on meditation, well-being and ultrarunning on my personal site: https://danbartlett.co.uk

You certainly can. There are lots of directions you can go in, from working with the emotions to recognising emptiness. Check out my meditation links for my recommendations: http://danbartlett.co.uk/meditation/
I also run http://OpenSit.com which is a free meditation journal and global community, where you can share your practice and connect with others. It's open source too ^-^
You can read my meditation journal, including goofy entries from when I first started meditating 6 years ago, here: http://opensit.com/u/danbartlett
