Instead focus on behaviours, I've seen frustrated people raising genuine problems labelled as a jerk.

For example, is the guy who picks up on issues in code reviews the one who is a jerk?

I agree. It's somewhat the ineptitude of the Tories. For example, they could have sorted out the border; not the small boats but the red tape that it now takes to import and export.

This isn't middle class. It's less than average for dual earners. Single earners it's worse because of tax.

Jira is fine. Admittedly, I've seen some installations that are slow AF but that isn't the problem.
