Sorry to contradict you, but you are the one that does not know what you're talking about. This legislation, in theory, totally impacts any business, small or large, when sending a package from any EU country to another EU country.

Is it required to register to try and use your service. If I want local AI it is precisely to avoid having to register to a third party service. What am I missing here ?

So you believe the artists responsible for this game graphics do not understand all of this ? Would you care to explain exactly how you came to this conclusion ? Because in my non expert eyes, it looks as good or even better as any old school megadrive game on a CRT.

By the way, some of my favorite games on Megadrive are homebrews, most notably Astebros and other Neofid games.

If you are doing any architectural work, whether at the software or infrastructire level, I fail to see how you can deal without diagrams to 1/ understand interactions between all system components 2/ make your changes understood and validated by relevant people.

Granted I speak about real, useful, technical diagrams, whose purpose is to convey useful information and highlight data flows. Not marketing diagrams you may find on marketing presentations, but this is not what this discussion is about.

This seems very very far fetched. If I understand correctly, these cell brains just respond to some stimuli, it does not seem more intelligent than any automat to me, just creepier.

And what do you suggest EU does if Trump decides to invade Greenland ? Going to war against Putin could be considered, but trying to fight both Trump and Putin would be suicidal.

Unfortunately it seems the only option at the moment is to wait for American people to wake up and replace Trump in two years from now ... If they ever have the opportunity to vote again of course.

I am not sure it is that complicated, from a legal perspective. It is the company hiring you that would be legally responsible. If you are an external consultant, things may get more complicated, but I am pretty sure that for critical mission software companies wouldn't use external consultants (for this particular reason but also many others)

Let's imagine we discuss a tiny bar in New-York or Paris that wouldn't let asian or black people in. I doubt the discussion would be only about how this place is nice and cosy and everyone that could possibly get in should just try it.

We could see it the other way around : what we call "reasoning" may actually be some kind of multipass rendering, whatever it is performed by computers or human brains.

As a player and very occasional DM myself, filling in details and trying to get players back on track is where is the fun and challenge. AI could definitely be useful to handle all the paperwork (fight resolution and so on) though

Afaik Strudel is a Tidal javascript port, so not inspired by Glicol since I think Tidal was available way before ? Both are awesome anyway.
