My initial thought is that someone may have deliberately triggered the model to respond this way through what looks like mundane messages but actually have different character encodings of some sort.

As I know there are some standards like https://www.goldstandard.org/ and https://verra.org/ . They audit the projects that claim to remove CO2 from the atmosphere worldwide and issue CO2 credits. These credits then can be sold to companies that want to offset their emissions. Usually OTC deals, sometimes involving brokers as well. There's also https://www.cblmarkets.net/ , which is one of the big marketplaces where such deals are happening.

I've heard deals with prices in the range of $0.5 to $5 per tonne CO2 equivalent. There's also a decentralized protocol that aims to move these credits onchain (https://toucan.earth/), their BCT (Base Carbon Tonne) token price is currently around $3.1.

As stated in the post, last year ~$1B worth of credits are sold. One McKinsey report expects it to be around $50B at 2030.

There are much more details of course, but these are the basics as I know.

I second this. I believe apps like Coda/Notion will make a big difference in how people work, think and interact with their computer and mind. Not everyone would invest the time and effort to build what is basically an extension of the mind with these tools, but the ones who do will have an edge in thinking/planning/coordinating/executing I believe.

Validate demand and validate yourself.

Validate demand: You should understand whether you can launch a very crude version/maybe no product but customers lined up to pay you for your thing which'll become ready soon and get some validation from the market. If you can't do this, what makes you think that you can do it after you quit? Stay at your job if customers are not ready to throw money at you. If you can see solid demand, you should validate yourself.

Validate yourself: Do you think you are mentally prepared? Do you have enough savings? You probably have the skills to create a product, but do you have the skills to create a company? Will you enjoy working on this for the next 5-10 years?

On savings: Do the math for yourself, but in order to be able to work without financial stress, you should have enough money for = ((number of months you foresee your startup to take off) x 2.5[correction for you optimism] + 3-6 months[It'll become hard to work stress free and irrational to continue if you don't have something solid, so better go get a job now]) * (amount you think you'll need in a month * 1.3-1.5[you are also optimistic about your expenses])
