Youtube premium includes Youtube Music, which is alphabet's streaming service, and I assume that they are paying the same fees as everyone else.

You can either contact them through the privatized email in their whois info, or use a domain name broker who will attempt to purchase it on your behalf. I have never used one myself, but have had them email me about buying my domains.

I read today that Fortress Investments purchased over 100,000 affordable units from the Japanese government for 60bn JPY in 2017 and plans to spend about as much on renovation. [1] Apparently firms like this usually expect an 18% return on these kinds of investments.

They have something similar in cities in the US (at least NYC anyway), they're called dollar vans.
