Many phones indeed only support USB 2.0. For example the base iPhone 17. The Pro does support USB 3.2, however.

There is a difference between what you are seeing and what is actually happening.

99.9% of the time they are finding the right people, but "illegal alien was deported" is as interesting a news story as "water is wet".

Approximately nobody uses US coins outside the US. Even in countries where the dollar is widely accepted, trying to use coins will get you weird looks at best.

There is no loophole. Defendants in the 5th circuit can appeal to the Supreme Court.

That is one of the main roles of the Supreme Court: resolving circuit splits.

Habeas corpus comes from English common law, not Roman law. It was never used in German law.

Latin terms are still used in German legal writing. Just not this one.

Your comment makes no sense. The DoH providers can still log requests and sell them.

DoH protects against intermediaries spying on your requests and potentially forging responses. Exactly the same as HTTPS.

Sending anything in clear text over the internet in 2025 is criminally negligent.
