Finland is Nordic but not Scandinavia. Because Norway is not an EU member, discussing a euro opt out doesn't make sense. Thus, OP is accurate in stating that Scandinavia got a Euro opt-out.

In Stockholm there is an IKEA in literally the most central and most expensive commercial real estate in Scandinavia -- at Sergelstorg. I'm moving into a new apartment now, so it has been extremely useful to have an IKEA by the central train station!

To me, the most important thing is to a) seperate the person from their product b) be constructive. By that I mean saying "this code you wrote is bad and here's why" instead of "you are a bad coder and you should feel bad".

As a speaker of the least spoken language availanle on Google Translate (Icelandic), it never accured to me that language frequency could be tied to book prices; it makes perfect sense. A new book here can cost ~$50, which is why I prefer importing English-language books from the US.
