Infrastructure/platform engineer, 20 years in. Usually the first infra hire — comfortable inheriting whatever exists and turning it into something production-grade.
Most recently built Ginkgo Bioworks' ML model serving platform and multi-tenant GKE infrastructure from scratch (joined via the Reverie Labs acquisition). Before that, was sole infra engineer at Reverie — built their entire AWS platform from the first commit, ran EKS clusters, and supported GPU workloads for computational drug discovery.
Looking for early-stage teams solving hard problems in interesting domains. I value a culture of trust, ownership, and room to build.

> The reason is that await does not offer a suspension point to an event loop (it just calls `__await__` and maybe that offers a suspension point), so if we wanted to use that syntax then we'd need to replace `yield coro` with something like await `tinyio.Task(coro)`. The traditional syntax is not worth the extra class.

We are actively working on several cancer therapeutics programs and building an internal platform to accelerate discovery.
