Op and Diallo. I traced it to event 1033 but could not make head way any further. I ended up just disabling sleep entirely which did not help my electric bill when I could not shut down! Edit this worked on my desktop for further context.

I've registered a domain @ oldpictures.org. I have tibasic and c++ experience. How do I make a website that can attract users, and more importantly, upload any pictures of the past? It should be always free. I know for hn, that's anathema, anyways. I want to host it on my own server and I can figure out the back-end. I'm just wondering how to start. What languages and paradigms should I concentrate on?
