Consumers are not developers. Let's think about why Windows have dominated commercial desktop OS market over Linux. If there is no market(users), there would be no apps to use.

I think the human, especially researchers and company owners are more dangerous than LLM model itself.

They don't hesitate to spend all the money from investors without looking back. They don't hesitate to scalp all the RAMs and GPUs even if they become public enemy of consumers. They don't hesitate to infringe on copyright to train their model. They don't hesitate to sabotage people's thought to make them more profitable.

It is possible because South Korea does not have control in other states. Even if chaebol is powerful they still heavily depend on export profits. They can't help themselves if EU/USA consumers and governments take this scandal seriously.

i like 9x/2k but prefer 8.1 more. unless they removed start menu from it. it looks modern, simple and works snappy. 7 feels like reforged Vista to me.

exactly! I don't understand why people hated it so much. It was snappy, clean OS. I've always thought it was better than Win7. Of course, absent of start menu was terrible choice. And I meant 8.1, not 8.
