<p>There are other banking models that are needed. Look into Custodia Bank’s model (SPDI). Full reserve system meant to backstop high risk (but legal) businesses. They went through a multi-year lawsuit around the start of 2020 with the fed who didn’t want them to exist, ultimately lost.</p>

<p>$50 is a common application fee for a rental apartment in a city in the US. I would imagine no one would be interested in paying $5k to apply to 100 jobs.</p>

<p>It's possible they aren't talking about code at all.<p>"This team member, and this other team member are both filing a particular kind of report but are doing so in very different ways, is one of them more effecient?"<p>I like it. Seems like there could be lots of ways to automate the creation of SOP for many businesses. I do wonder how high level of tasks it could pick up on. Though maybe that gets better with a bigger context window.</p>
