<p>A few months ago I felt incredibly depressed, demotivated and hopeless out of the blue. I was about to go to a psychiatrist to get some anti depressants but I just happened to get some bloodwork done. My vitamin d levels were super low at just 9. Few months of supplements got me to 35 and I've been feeling much better.</p>
