there is a reason twitter now reports 'user minutes' or whatever and no longer reports DAU. Because their active users are plummeting. If 1000 bots spend all day on twitter thats a lot of 'user minutes' but doesn't do shit for selling ads and the health of the platform. The ship is already sunk, stop trying to bail the water out.

I've been deep in the Google ecosystem for 10+ years and my sentiment has changed simply because their products suck now. Every offering they have is worse today than it was a year ago. Google assistant is borderline unusable in it's current state, and I used to sing it's praises from the mountain tops.

they said it would take ~6 seconds from engine ignition to takeoff in one of the streams. everything was working as planned at that point afaik

Apple music popping up everytime I accidentally hit play on my keyboard is a far more annoying ad than anything windows is doing.

ah interesting. I guess the lack of hazards here might indicate this wasn't a case of the driver ignoring the warnings. They should have been ready to hit the gas regardless.

Is this what happens when the driver ignores the steering wheel nag warning? I've never let mine get to that point but I think the car pulls over and stops? (Not saying what the Tesla did here was ok just curious if that's what it was doing)
