This technically does not fall under a bug bounty because I am exploiting a feature of twitter than than a coding vulnerability
Almost any comment on twitter can be suppressed and knocked below the page fold by spamming it with dozens of posts
Here is a video of it being done now
https://streamable.com/11qwbf
I targeted a comment under "Peter schiff" by user "sustain nova scotia".. I bombarded his comment with 70+ spam replies using a bot. You can see how it falls below the page fold and is hidden, instantly. Pretty sick trick huh?
It does not work on verified accounts though. Does not work on accounts that already have a lot of comments under them. Or on very established twitter users. But probably works on 90% of comments.

I noticed something odd going on with twitter comments
Spammers have figured out a way to suppress comments on twitter by dumping a bunch of hidden comments in response to a comment. Think of it like negative SEO. Twitter interprets the influx of comments as spam and hides the post *which the comments are replying to. Because the accounts are private it is impossible to know what was posted, but it could be links to pornographic websites or contain vulgar language in order to trigger the spam filters and force twitter to hide the parent post.
But the point it, such censorship is possible. This can be used to suppress negative reviews, political dissent...anything, provided you know which type of spam comments trigger the post to be hidden. It can be done to anyone and you will not even notice unless you log out and check from another account.
Two videos showing that it is possible, but how it is possible is unknown unless you know what messages were posted and the type of account that posted them.
https://streamable.com/ucl5a4 (Elon Musk)
second video showing the same thing, but with spacex (not as detailed)
https://streamable.com/b3pol6
An Elon Musk spammer is using this method on another spammer. You can see how the comment vanishes after getting 12 of these comments. It is not visible anymore. This can be used on any comment in theory, not just spam ones.

The extent of this network is enormous. It probably encompasses 100 accounts for posting purposes and as many as 1000 accounts for posting likes and retweets.
there is a lot of money in these crypto keywords which is why they are targeted
https://twitter.com/search?q=%23xrp&src=typed_query&f=live.
https://twitter.com/search?q=%23ripple&src=typed_query&f=live
it is also spamming trump's twitter too
https://twitter.com/Girogelderland/status/1271792320061550592
you can see the fake likes and retweets generated by hijacked accounts. This quite an impressive setup he has going.
It is hijacking into accounts to post hashtag spam. I have a hunch about how it is stealing the accounts although i have not yet tried it myself to confirm. There are obvious ethical issues to trying. It also hijacks accounts to post likes.
It is right in the open. Posting this in hope twitter employee will notice and try to stop it

the surgery makes it hard to eat a lot of food at once, but patients over many years adapt by eating smaller amounts continuously, and then the stomach pouch also expands and the small intestine becomes better at absorbing calories...this results in some and sometimes all original weight returning
