You may need to add a SOUL.md as per Hermes documentation that I don't have handy right now. Ask you hermes to do it for you. It really improved my interactions with it.

If I remember correctly the andon cord was first introduced in the USA by Toyota on the same factory many Teslas are build.

true, the way I see it, we need libre software, hardware, data but IMHO we also need lots of people from diverse backgrounds (professional, cultural, you name it) to share these ideas into the public sphere.
