I'm not going to say that it is absolutely Earth shattering (not that they claim that), but your comment is obviously wrong. In the paper they show experimental results where they express some of the proteins and show a phenotypic effect. They don't claim an exact function either, and are relatively restrained on the biology end of things. I fail to see how it is at the level of a vague shower thought.

Yes. See for example any number of nerve agents such as VX. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VX_(nerve_agent). Yes, you can quibble over whether they count as "phosphates" given they often have fluoryl or other substituents, but the class is generally referred to as organophosphates, and they certainly have phosphorous in them. Malathion, is also an organophosphate which acts via the same pathway, but only in insects.

Yes, but developing a better horse has a low likelihood of success and a relatively long time horizon. There are some arms race dynamics here in that as long as no one else is trying to develop a better horse, you probably are better off just not trying to either.

It's true as far as I can tell, just by my own checking using `/status`. You can also tell by when the "clear" reminder hint shows up. Also if you look at the leaked claude code you can see that almost everything in the main thread is cached with 1H TTL (I believe subagents use 5 minute TTL)
