If you talk about YC work at a startup, I can tell you that when hiring from that site that 99% of applicants didn't read our job description and missed to realise that they are not qualified. This leads to candidates not getting a response.

Try to build a network of personal in-person relationships who you then contact ad-hoc by WhatsAp, email,etc. As a start reach out to other technical managers to get advise on a specific topic and see if there's a chemistry. If not try someone else. I'm happy to chat.

Glassdoor does not delete reviews but you can pay for "advice" how to get positive reviews instead.

I moved mid of August within London and Openreach+Plusnet have not been able to connect my fiber connection - more than 2 months! Every week is a different issue.
