Zendesk handles customer data and says its a great customer support platform.
The irony is that they have the worst support and one of the worst response times to issues reported. You will find many experiences on LinkedIn reporting this.

I am one of the co-founders of a startup working in AI and ML space. We are currently past $1M ARR but are bootstrapped and supported with our revenue (No VC).
I recently decided to go for EB1A green card. I got a "Request for Evidence" and one of the things mentioned was the significance of our startup as our tax returns showed a net loss.
Hoping to get some insights:
How do I educate USCIS to understand the significance outside of the tax returns?
How do I convince them that in tech startup a CTO is a critical role?

Hi Peter, we have a small startup where our company is located in Bay area, but due to some family I want to reside in Nevada (give up California residency).
Is there any residency requirement for H1B ? if I am still being supervised and maintaining employee-employer relationship by reporting to the CEO. The worksite will be remaining same within a couple of 4 hours of commuting distance.
I have searched for the residency requirement but have not found anything concrete saying that you need to reside at the same geographical area as your worksite.

I am looking to find some recommendations on external OWASP web application scanning. The tool should be able to do continuous scans and provide reports on the given endpoint. We are a small startup and require setting this up for compliance and security.
