AI-buddies is now a year old idea and now many other harnesses like Hermes, OpenClaw have most of the same functionality.
Main concept of AI-buddies is to quickly spin up "buddies" who have varying personalities and feel like a real person. Just like real people buddies can talk to each other, share information and have very different functions in your life. For ex a Gym buddy is very different from a "mom" buddy or a Math prof buddy.
Main difference that they are easier to set up for non technical users, and that they can gather input from other real people (for example, if allowed, a Tax buddy can get input from your accountant).

Been a user of Screenpipe to build some "Ai-buddies" for me since last year. Core of that is giving AI a look at what is happening in time space. Without Screenpipe this was rather hard to do at the performance screenpipe gives.

+1 to Empire Podcast. They have excellent series on a bunch of empires (well researched with references). Its one of those light, informative, non-boring podcasts:
- The British Empire & The Raj
- The Ottoman Empire
- The Russian Empire
- The United States as an Empire
etc

A few things that have helped me in the past are:
- Find small wins. Don't expect big changes immediately. Small wins accumulate over time. Examples: say hi to neighbors, go to a gym, work from a coffee shop etc.
- Join a coworking space. This was a huge help personally. It still took more than a few months but this changed my life.
Hope these help a bit!

There are 4 different categories of fixing the global CO2 challenge:
a. Remove CO2 from atmosphere
b. Prevent adding new CO2 from reaching atmosphere
This could also be a good use case for #b where CO2 is captured before being released to the atmosphere. For example factories and vehicles could be mandated to use this.

While your link is helpful, he did not say that. He specifically mentions changing the admissions standards. Specifically having different standards for different social classes.
I have second handedly seen the effects of such discrimination in other societies and it really is crippling to the economy. Be wary of any kind of discrimination specifically one that lowers expected grades.
