French here ( also parent of 3). France has strong fiscal incentive for families ( esp. for 3+ kids ), but that won't solve the housing issue : more money will just increase prices... Prices are high mostly because of the low supply.

You van already do Bruxelles to Perpignan with a direct ( french ) TGV train, in 6/7 hours. If you want to go to Spain I believe bruxelles Barcelona via Paris is also quite practical. Everything is much pricier than plane and no night train though

I own one, mine's really waterproof, I almost always forget to take it of when doing the dishes or bathing the baby. Agree, it's great, I only wish it had some kind of transflective lcd screen ( like the garmin's ) : better battery life and always readable screen...

It's usually largely under "regular" market value. ( but that's still a bet over the life expectancy of the person ). Also you basically don't pay interests. And in some times you can use the property : the seller use the money to pay for a nursing home for example.

Does someone know if radiolysis is being researched as a source of commercial hydrogen ( like, for fuel cell vehicle for example ) ? I mean a nuclear reactor might produce heat and hydrogen from radiolysis if I understand correctly ? Is this practical at scale ?

Like the original author states, than can't be done without a trusted 3rd party ( say a token with a service telling you whether the pass is valid at current date)

SMS as a 2nd factor is ( for a very good reason ) prohibited by dspp2 European directive. You.might have escaped that with brexit though. Even old school banks ( French dude here ) are forced to use apps as 2fa, but my bank for example can provide an hardware token, or a smartcard.
