Local models are about 25 months behind the current SOTA. If that holds, businesses won't need the paid models for many things.

Probably not worth exploring. I've seen "breakthroughs" for dementia/cognitive decline like this for the past 25-30 years.

Not a single one of them has gone anywhere.
