That is mostly solved with ChanServ and NickServ services. Channels can't be taken over with DDoSes because ChanServ protects them and attackers can't get your real IP because NickServ provides host masking.

Perhaps a product idea is to make a front-end to Amazon that is able to better filter the results, to bring forward slightly higher priced items that are higher quality, and do a better job of filtering out spam than Amazon (something that filters out those six-letter all-capital-letter Chinese company names).
Income would be generated by making all of the links to the actual products Amazon affiliate links, but just make the frontend look exactly like Amazon's search with better results.

Installed it from the App Store, went through the signup process, saw that it requires a phone number, tried to register without one, couldn't, and then uninstalled it, all in about 30 seconds.
I cannot even guess why a social network about movies and TV shows requires my phone number, but you surely aren't getting it.

On some MacBooks, the default screen resolution is not a perfect 2x, but something like 1.75x. This means macOS is drawing its framebuffer in 2x, then scaling it down to 1.75x to fit the actual screen resolution which blurs things.
The new MacBook Pro for example uses perfect 2x scaling, but the MacBook Air has a smaller resolution screen and is not 2x.
