Yes. Last week sucked. We were thinking of sticking with them, but it seems they're shakier than I thought. With all that, and GPT5 just kicking Opus 4.1's butt in cost, reliability, and quality, I'm leaning OpenAI again.
Who knows how it will be next week.

Maybe a month ago, I started getting bombareded with every element of the right wing media ecosphere on Facebook. "Trump for President", Ben Shapiro, JD Vance, and piles of dogwhistle-named Facebook pages who are reaching for every way to feel relevant.
Just recently, all of them, in-concert, started trying to focus on the lady who stole that Baseball at that game. All they are talking about for the last week. Promoted content, sent directly to people's facebook profiles.
Whether or not I feel nationalist terrorists are running the US government, either way I feel the government shouldn't be working this closely with social media. It's extremely dystopian, and it cheapens everything around it.

*Hand-drawn 2D animation. There's tons of 2D animation out there right now, and I hate it all from "A little bit" to "It's unbearable to look at".
Animation rigging, squeezing and bouncing every part of the character to convince the viewer it's alive, but all it's doing is calling computer routines to wobble each part, instead of actually animating the damn character. Everything is shortcuts now.
Recently, I started re-watching Dexter's lab. It's great. No CGI at all, no computer-assisted calarts. Trying to watch anything modern from the same creator, everything is just unbearable to look at. Everything looks like disjointed parts, and screams low-effort. All the flash animators of the 2000s grew up, and they're now running things. And everything just looks like wobbly flash.
There's some shows that did this modern animation style well though. But not many.
So I come to the same conclusion, repetitive low-effort stuff repels people.

Not sure if it's been declared generally yet, but debugging is harder with AI.
Once your requests start to veer away from the direction you wanted (Especially if at-any-point, you transition to Cursor's "Free" mode, and it misunderstands and bulldozes all your previously-working features)
Not only is it harder, the physical stress caused by debugging with AI is something new. It gets some requests so-incredibly-wrong and follows directions totally-contrary, your brain forgets it's talking to a computer, and reacts in a way you would to a person who did all the wrong things here.
Version control has never been so important. I never use cursor without it. And even then, sometimes I just open the client, and a bunch of files changed.

Those are just the anecdotal bad things unions are known for in political smear campaigns.
Blockade from what? Flip the script and they're protecting their own. Someone joined a group that protected them. Seems like a good deal to an individual contributor.
But then you got cop unions, who move abusers around and shield people from consequences. But they're different because they're state power with the power to ruin lives at him. So of course they get bad raps.
Not all systems are perfect, not all unions are the same, but the philosophy of them in-general, unions are decidedly better than without for those who benefit from them. That includes the general public who knows their traffic light wasn't put up by a corner-cutting SC who doesn't care what happens to it in 3 months.

In its current form, the game is a shell of its former self. They took away a lot of features and maps. They even combined the reviews of CS:GO and CS2 to make CS2 look better.
You can't even play CS:GO anymore. It was all moved to CS2, with cosmetics as the highest priority.
The hostage map rotation used to be 5 maps, with variety. They've cut it to 2 maps, and are outright neglecting any variety. You can play some other maps but only in private matches.
They even got rid of the very fun drop-in mode where you could do Last man standing in pairs.
It's like they don't even care. I've completely stopped playing since CS2 and I hope they can see the metrics of other long-time gamers who also stopped.

It comes to around 10 million per trip of the taxpayer dollars.
He gives smoke and mirrors with "I don't take salary" but it's in plain sight he's profiting from his seat, which no other president did at this magnitude in recent times.
