I kept getting burned by rate limits in Claude Code. I'd be deep in something and just hit auto compaction or start to get near the end of my context window without noticing. Then I read about Claude's status line tooling... so I made this. Hope others find it useful.
The first line shows my context, token usage, lines of code change, and importantly how much of my 5hr and weekly budget is left and when it resets, and goes green to red as I burn it down.
The lines added/removed counter is the one I didn't expect to like. it's a quick "did I actually do anything this session" check, and honestly the days where I delete more than I add are usually the good ones.
Script and install are in the post if you want to steal it, or just paste the url into Claude Code and tell it to set it up. would be curious what other people put on theirs, theres way more in that json than I'm using.

Thank you
I couldn't find "continuosly" in the dom - where is it?
"Continuous Monitoring & Alerts for Downtime and Page Speed. Share Notes, Discuss Changes, and More."
best → easiest? simplest? most straightforward?
I always found that when i was working in any type of data analysis, and there was an anomaly, i would figure out what was up, and then... a few days later forget. So having notes on charts and whatnot and being able to share with colleagues is the collaborative part. Especially around outages and slow downs, (or speed ups) we want to know why.

Really nice and clean!
I made something a little similar - https://github.com/fotoflo/alfred-whatsapp-linker - this one is an Alfred Workflow (https://alfredapp) that assumes you have a phone number in your clipboard and then opens it in whatsapp. I suppose yours is more elegant.
How long did it take you + GPT to create it?

But it wouldn't be easy. It requires a pro plan on vercel to even run, because of the long time outs of the serverless functions.

Hi Everyone,
I've been working on FastMonitor.io solo for about a year now. FastMonitor monitors how fast your site is, and alerts you if it gets slower.
Wanted to show it to you guys and get some feedback.
Back Story: I built the basic tool kit for my previous startup - we were doing SEO and had very slow page speed across a wide variety of pages, so I ran lighthouse on an instance every day and put the results in the database and on a chart. This allowed us to chart our progress and celebrate when our pages got faster, or roll back / find the problem when things got slower.
Feedback: Would really love everyone's feedback!
Unfortunately you have to sign up to try it, but it's a free and painless signup, and the free forever plan includes monitoring for 5 URLS.
Major features:
1. Chart your page speed insights Performance Score by checking every 12-24 hours
2. Check your server response time and chart that too by checking every 5-60 minutes
3. Alert's you if there's an error (404, 500, etc, get an email)
4. Invite your team so it can be collaborative
5. For enterprise clients, do it from Lighthouse on an instance near their datacenter - piloting with first enterprise client.
Roadmap:
0. In progress - crawl sitemaps for easy onboarding. Surface all the pages and select the most important ones to monitor.
2. Slow Performance alerts - if a page goes below a certain performance threshold, alert you
3. Shared notes - write a note on a page's chart, to remember when something happened/change/jot down analysis/hypotheses.
4. More charts - we are already collecting and preparing a lot more data than we're showing... so that is coming soon
5. More types of alerts (SSL cert about to expire, stuff like that)
