Mexico has a weak Federal gov but more strong local states....

I did not use to be this way, before the revolution it was the opposite.

History wise, started changing in the 1930s as far as illegal drug trafficking groups wrestling local gov, state gov, and fed gov away from law and order missions.

sight correction....caffeine impacts two neuron groups not just one!

Dopamine and Noradrenaline

For dopamine its the competitive for the adenosine part of the dopamine heretodimer....meaning it prevents adenosine from binding and closing the dopamine receptor....

I use the effect on both dopamine and noradrenaline to assist in controlling my ADHD via more herb based means....

But author is yes correct that the metabolism of caffeine in how it breaks down does make the half life of its effects longer than 5 hours...I combine my dose with green tea ECGC which gives me a good focus boost of 12-16 hours...

its the wrong question!

The question should why has not Germany pulled gold out to server two goals:

1. Financial gain 2. another step towards economic independence from USA

France already did the right thing....

Pay attention, as it does not hurt the world and economic system for multiple world reserve currencies to exist....EU might as be a reserve currency.

Give AI to VCs to use for all their domain stuff....

They than make wrong investment decisions based on AI wrong info and get killed in the market....

Market ends up killing AI outright....problem solved temporarily

so I have to buy a Yubikey hardware thingie to keep my Google account just to use eIDAS??

For those that do not know, that is the only way to get the Google account back is to use a hardware 2FA in the first place....

AND yubikeys are $60 per yubikey...and generally you want 2 including a backup

They took on 58billion in debt which halved their stock price...

Expected savings is only 8Billion

What you are seeing is Oracle in death pains.....

If you or the org you are working for uses Oracle products fast find a way to migrate away from Oracle as it will cease to exist in 2027 at this rate.

Somehow this little hidden setting via CLI

defaults write -g com.apple.SwiftUI.DisableSolarium -bool YES

Makes thing bearable....note log out to see it change.

You still need to then turn transparency off via settings see
