Well, I would argue the web is a detriment to the web. Apple will never prioritise dev experience to the... detriment of user experience, no matter how many devs tears are shed. The author is arguing for better web developer experience, from what I read.

Wow, "Courage"... I guess we all have to deal with cognitive dissonance sometimes... Developers complaining about MBP, then diving into the touch bar APIs is basically the same as the old fable about the fox complaining the grapes are too sour, only to eat them afterwards.

From the article: "With a strong tradition in engineering, sustained by the technical universities, Cluj promises to ensure a constant flow of skilled graduates,". That's the angle: hire recent graduates. But hey, at least we have jobs.

I'm from Cluj-N and I disagree with your following points: - "real hackers". I guess if you mean torrenting and refusing to pay for software products, then yes. - "Cluj is not broken". You need to take a walk through the city. Ahole drivers, bad infrastructure, bad services. Did I mention ahole drivers?
