I'm building a tool that helps small volunteer orgs. manage their property/facility. Something to replace the filing cabinet, text threads and email inboxes that get lost when your volunteer treasurer or retired admin moves on. Specifically building for my wife and I to take care of our house and for our small church who manages a building. The idea is you take a picture of the plumbers invoice, forward the insurance policy, or write down the last time the roof was inspected all in one place. Most CMMS are too heavy for a small org. and having "that one guy" setup a process is too brittle. https://www.myplacekeeper.com/

Hi! I got stuck in London. I walked around to a bunch of train stations at around 10PM on Monday night and there was nothing showing up in the timetables. Same for the next morning. I then walked to Portsmouth and the Portsmouth harbor also showed no boats. The API call was https://geo-racers.com/api/boats?from_id=43128&time=07:02&da... seems odd to me?

I'm building a site that tracks the price of power tool batteries (currently Milwaukee and Dewalt). It's been an itch I've wanted to scratch for a while so I would know when the battery was a good price vs. the Ah rating. The prices are scraped nearly daily and plotted on a price-per-ah vs. total Ah chart.
https://drillhound.com/batteries

Ive spent hundreds of hours reading aloud to my kids. It's a big investment but I believe it's almost certain you'll stumble upon something that will catch their attention. It's also about family culture - if you establish the habit of reading at a certain time of day (we do it after dinner / before bed) then it's easy to stick with that over turning to other things to fill the time.

I spent hundreds of hours as a kid building small games like this with Klik n Play, then Klick and Create, which turned into The Games Factory and now lives on as Clickteam Fusion!
It had a simple image editor and event based programming system that was accessible to a kid and still pretty sophisticated. Huge influence on my later programming career.

Honest question, but don't we still lack the denominator of the ratio:

(people that have covid and end up in the hospital) / (those who have covid)

?
Instead, we're looking at the ratio:

(vaccinated people who have covid and go to the hospital) / (unvaccinated people who have covid and go to the hospital)

But, those are different types of information.
