Funny I was a supporter of their devices I bought both phones, laptop, tablets... Issue is the software man no drivers. Like the e-ink tablet had a great design/screen but the brush stroke was ass would leave dotted lines as you drew then it would render solid on lift up.

I'm complaining even though I'm not writing the drivers myself I get that.

I've been focused on going out/socializing more which is unfortunately distracting me in life, all I can think about is going out getting laid

How to sell drugs online fast was a great show because they kept stressing how they had to have the test pass in their Vue front end.

I always whenever I see code on a show/movie I wonder if it's real, a lot of times it's a mix of random languages. Sometimes just jibberish.

Also recently watched Nirvana 1997 really good.

I'm excited I think of the Cowboy Bebop episode (Jamming With Edward) where they hunt down a rogue satellite to get data off it.

Also think it would be crazy to have a worm spread across the servers/starlink, would there be an antivirus system onboard or maybe not applicable, says RTOS can get a virus

When I was given a semi-ultimatum "use AI or get fired" kind of thing for writing code I had a brief bout of depression/sadness. Whereas my friend doesn't care/says "I get paid to not work". I have gotten past it, now I'm just like, I'll do what I need to do to get paid since unfortunately I'm in a lot of debt so I need this job. I learned to code in 2013 so I like typing the code myself but now it seems like a waste of time. I still write my own code for myself/hardware hobby.

I remember trying to do photo stitching myself (panoramas) then I failed miserably but it's built into opencv ha. I've used quite a bit of OpenCV features eg. laplace variance for an automatic zoom/focusing mechanical lens camera system (steppers) and contour/blob finding for crude color segmentation.

Yeah it was kind of a bad venture because the people were trying to patent it like... you could easily reverse engineer the concept you know drag-drop render PDF on screen, sign it, websockets, webrtc video provider, etc...

Also their expenditure on money eg. a $30K wordpress site from some agency

I was listening to this ep/podcast on Hackaday about a 12GB $50 Motorola phone

But yeah they're usually carrier locked, I personally use Verizon prepaid and my 8GB Motorola phone is above $80 but not $600 either, it's $200

Anyway it's certainly not the same phone as a flagship folding phone but for daily everyday needs more than adequate, I even was able to run multiple gig apps eg. DoorDash/Uber Eats on the 8GB model.

I will say what people consider "worth the money" varies since I bought a $1,000.00 radar detector and it's like who buys that...

Might be ram boost that's bumping from 8 to 12GB

Ahh the Librettos... I had a couple of 50s at one point, one of those looks cool unusable thing and the brittle plastic damn, I opened it and the hinge snapped lmao my heart my soul
