Thanks for the heads up but it's a shame your project got shut down too.
Can't say I'd be shocked if my project gets shut down, but this is just something I built to try to learn NodeJS (JS in general) since I'm still new to web dev and everything. In the meantime, I'll see how long my project manages to stay alive.

So this is a minimalist front-end for YT and Twitch meaning there are no comments, related videos, sidebars, or anything for that matter. All you get is a video embed and basic search functionality. A full list of features are listed here: https://layluh.com/features
Its my first web dev project so I went with a simple tech stack: NodeJS on a cheap VPS.
Appreciate any comments, feedback, and criticisms. Thanks!

ZeroHedge coverage has been pretty good[0]. Apparently, the suspect who was dressed as a FedEx employee was "an attorney who had a case before Judge Salas in 2015". Authorities are also not commenting on whether this had anything to do with the Deutsche Bank/Epstein case.
Still think it's too early to draw any meaningful conclusions but given how she was given the Deutsche Bank lawsuit only recently[1] and how the suspect conveniently offed himself, it's hard not to speculate. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what investigators find.
[0]: https://www.zerohedge.com/political/gunman-kills-son-federal...

Citation strongly needed.
I did a quick search and found a couple articles from 2008[0], more or less saying the same thing: AFTER Obama was elected (not before the election), gun sales boomed because people believed the govt would enact gun control laws.
Also, as another reply pointed out, given the current state of affairs and the purchases being made i.e. riots + first-time gun owners + record-breaking purchases + handguns and other weapons that would fall under self-defense (AR-15, shotguns, etc) being sold out en masse, I think a clearer picture starts to form.
I'm not sure your points are indicative of a Democratic win, but to be fair, maybe they don't say much about a Republican win either (although things are looking spicy according to this model[1]).
[0]: http://www.nbcnews.com/id/27598947/ns/us_news-life/t/democra...

Here[0] are the supposed pics of the admin panel the hackers accessed. Assuming their legit, it seems like Twitter has some blacklist features. Can't find any info detailing how they exactly work, but it seems an admin can blacklist a user from the trending page or from search results. Pretty interesting.
Oddly enough, posting the screenshots resulted in some users getting their account suspended or Twitter pulling the picture down.
[0]: https://video-images.vice.com/test-uploads/_uncategorized/15...

It's more of a social media thing. If you're the type to make posts on Twitter, FB, IG, or whatever, saying something "wrong" could earn you some backlash.
However, in day to day life, there's a good chance no one will care about your political leanings, unless you live in Portland or something.

Hey everyone, this is just a small app I made. I basically turned DF Tube (the extension) into a website and added support for a few websites like YouTube, Vimeo, Bitchute, and Twitch.
It works like outline.com too, so take any URL from these sites and add 'layluh.com' before it (layluh.com/URL).
Tech stack isn't that exciting. Just Node.js and JavaScript.

I'd argue HN shouldn't have a downvote button at all. I can understand when using it to downvote misinformation or comments that break guidelines, however, in discussions it often is used to quietly say "I don't like your opinion, period". Then again, not having a downvote button would probably lead to more flamewars but I'm just speculating.
It's a shame seeing Reddit-like behavior on HN (I understand comparing HN to Reddit is blaspheme).

I don't think you'll find an answer on HN. Funny enough, even spez can't answer you or rather, refuses to clarify that clause. I'm sure you've read the thread.
It's vague enough so Reddit and the powermods can have an easier time banning people who post unfashionable opinions.
