<p>Indeed, this restriction was eased in a recent iOS version. Prior to this update, it was true that only the most recent 100 records could be displayed. Moreover, it is amusing to note that after deleting the first most recent record, one can still view the 100th record. This effectively displays 101 records. It is perplexing why this decision was made, as it deliberately limits the user interface to display only 100 records.</p>
