Side note and nothing to do with that. But does anyone knows why some washing machines timer are way way out ? meaning 1 minute washing machine is equivalent to 1:30mn real time ?
Okay nevermind: I should have google in english first :p
`Washing machine timers are sometimes in conflict with high-efficiency features like load sensing, which attempts to gauge the size of the load and only use as much water as needed to finish the cycle. That measurement may ultimately affect how much time the cycle needs, making the timer overly optimistic.

Just for information. I was using sublimeText 3. I updated two weeks ago the last release (Build 3059) and even (Build 3062) and it crashes.. since I don't want to bother using a close thing that crashes. I switched to atom.io And so far It's way better than three months ago (It's now fast enough) And It's really getting traction on the plugin side also.. I don't think I'll ever come back to sublimetext. I even went back to emacs for one week.

At the end, we can't talk about exponential or linear growth. We have no 'mesure' for scientific advance. and we need mesure for mesuring something. Or maybe somes exist but I'm not... okay so I googled it before posting some stupid stuff: It seems that there's no 'real' mesure.. scientific paper to prove it: http://www.springerlink.com/content/m1h2150x02u153x3/

Maybe nobody will read my comment since I'm a bit late but anyway: It seems like nobody talked about the implication of the diminution of the solar magnetic field.
If I remember correctly, the solar magnetic field (SMF) is held responsible ’not entirely, earth's GM too and other things’ for deflecting galactic cosmic rays. What are the consequences of the current diminution of the SMF?
Looks like it will be better for space travel..(the article says) and how is that? Solar storm > Cosmis ray?
Excuse me but seems to me like it's the other way around:

I don't know what to think anymore.
