Team building is management speak and completely unnecessary. Teams will naturally form bonds as they complete work together. Any worker with a life has zero desire to go drink a couple bad drinks and do an escape room with coworkers they barely like to appease a manager that thinks this is going to somehow increase productivity.

Full social media ban would be easier and more effective imo. Public spaces would come back to life in no time at all if social media was heavily curtailed or banned entirely. This would be an obvious win for everyone involved outside of the terminally online and corporations benefiting from their lack of self control.

You’re literally arguing nonsense. You have no way to define what a “human right” is outside of some kind of moral framework that others have no obligation to subscribe to. “Human rights” do not exist. The word right in this context literally makes no sense without some kind of moral underpinning, which again circles back to requiring some kind of moral framework (religion for example) that only work as far as a group of people agree on. There is no such thing as what “human rights are” there are only things certain groups of people have decided to agree is a “right” within their community.

Yeah, I kind of loathe the cinematic direction Sony and others have taken. Their games aren't really innovative or fun but people lap them up for being B tier movies. It makes no sense to me. They don't bother making Bloodborne anymore, just more open world cinematic slop like Horizon.

It does have everything to do with it. Why would anyone in Europe be motivated to build anything innovative if they know they will have the government taking 50% of every dollar they make to fund social programs they probably won’t even receive the benefits of? Why would anyone work hard in that environment? You’re completely ignoring the social/productivity implications of high taxation. Additionally, China does not have anywhere near the level of social programs Europe does. No one in China takes two months off a year as a checkout clerk.

The other user is right, you are being a pedant. Why do you think planet fitness makes money hand over fist? Because 99% of its users sign up, never go, and then also never cancel because it’s cheap enough to leave running. Gyms absolutely bank on low amounts of power users, meaning the rest of the subscribers are subsidizing those that go frequently.
