First let's not get into formula vs breast. That's not relavant right now since formula is designed to imitate breast.
I am aware that cows milk is not sufficient for babies. The approx age is one. The (main) reason is iron. By one most (western) children eat a sufficient diet that cows milk is a sufficient milk source.
My concern is that some parents may see the anti cows milk propaganda and not provide any milk after weaning (almond, oat etc drinks are not milk).

Nationalised health systems work very hard on cost control. There is a lot of FUD spread about e.g. the UK's NHS but the actual numbers show that it provides an excellent healthcare service to everyone for the same amount as Medicare+Medicade+health insurance for federal and state employees (in total via these channels half the people in the US have their healthcare paid for by the US taxpayer). I.e. the NHS is nearly twice as efficient as the US system.
I guess just copy their methods?

I also have no relationship to RH other than as a user of their free stuff.
Yes when it became apparent that BTRFS was not ready RH did that. It was a slight surprise when it happened if I remember correctly.
I said RHEL v9 OR 10. I guess 9 is unlikely but 10 is a number of years off. If BTFS is a sucess on Fedora and stable then they will surely consider it. That is the point of Fedora...
