The idea behind Velty is to let you consume your YouTube videos mainly in chronological order, without being at the mercy of the YouTube algorithm.
Sorry, I don’t plan to add that feature.

I’ve been building Velty[1] over the past year as a tool to tame my ever-growing YouTube subscriptions. It’s a web app (PWA) that lets you organize your YouTube channels and videos into folders (with sub-folders), and view all the latest videos in one chronological feed with powerful filtering/sorting.
I built it because I was frustrated with how hard it was to manage a large number of channel subscriptions using YouTube’s default interface.
https://velty.app

hi everyone,
I've been working on a web app (https://velty.app) that lets you organize your YouTube subscriptions and videos into folders and sub-folders. It helps you find what you want to watch more easily.
The idea came up when I found it hard to organize my growing list of YouTube subscriptions and finding videos easily. The YouTube playlists system is limited — it lacks hierarchy and search functionality. I wanted an app to organizing everything into folders and sub-folders to easily find videos by their duration or the channel they're from. Also, provide the same functionality on mobile and destkop.
I tried different methods like RSS readers, browser extensions, and bookmarks, but they all had drawbacks:

    - Browser extensions don't work on mobile.

    - With bookmarks, filtering and sorting are challenging.

    - RSS readers have limitations in organizing folders and sub-folders and lack filtering and sorting options such as duration, published date, and channel names.

So, I decided to build my own solution to deal with these issues.
I'm keen to hear your thoughts on the idea!

Hello!
I'm a frontend develop for ~10 years, and I've been invited to a neighborhood school (8th graders) to present a one hour demo related to web technologies, mainly HTML, CSS, and JS.
To gain some context, I want to start with a brief explanation about basic stuff like what is a server, browser, how they interact and so on. Then explore a little bit the developer tools by modifying some pages in the browsers. For the final part, I want to edit with them a premade portfolio website so they can add their bio. It will be great if at the end they can say "I made a website".
The whole idea for this hour is to explain how web technologies work and what they can achieve with that.
I'd love to hear what other ideas you all might have to totally wow some teens or what experience you had in a similar situation.

Ulmo is a sass tool for detecting user behaviors that create confusion, retention, or interest so you can improve your website's usability. Based on the behaviors detected, you can react in real-time with built-in actions (notifications, animations, polls) exactly when an issue happens.
The idea came up while visiting an e-commerce website. I was looking for a product which didn't have enough information or images on the presentation page. Unconsciously, I've got frustrated and started to rage click the next button on a carousel gallery. At that moment, I wanted to talk to someone from the e-commerce website to explain my thoughts. That didn't happen, but I realized what great context there was for the seller to get my feedback exactly when that issue happened.
I'm particularly interested in two areas (but appreciate all comments):
1. Is the value/proposition for this service simple to understand?
2. Would you be interested in this service? If not, what is missing from it?

I have a private chrome extension wich help me to grab the image & URL quickly for a particular pattern (I have plans to publish this extension). I curate the content from various design inspiration sites I visit daily.
I started this project as a solution to capture and organize web patterns that I like.
