It's funny to me that the article doesn't mention the word "muscle" anywhere. It seems a diet like this would reduce muscle mass, which may be a large contributor to the decline in body weight mentioned in the study.

Looking for a solo or small development team to build a blog-based web app with auth, live/dynamic comments, payments(Stripe), and mailer integrations. Can be react, vue, node, or rails. Backend could be node or open to what you work best in. Can provide live examples of target.

Full disclosure: I am a full stack software engineer and product designer in silicon valley and will act as PM on this side project. I will provide any design assets, wireframes, Figma, etc required. I will also handle all styles/CSS, content, etc so you can simply use basic styles/bootstrap to start and I will style it later.
