Just do fasting and lose weight. Had high cholesterol and did that lost 20 pounds and my cholesterol went back to normal without any medical intervention

Working on a project connected through multiple repos I have a project level MD file to explain each repo.

Then I let Claude create a hook it self that at the end of each conversation it starts a hook to add important stuff automatically to memory if relevant. That’s it…

For me sure I’ll get a summary of a book or some video but that’s more like let me find out if the whole thing is worth my time instead of replacing the medium. Everyone who has read a non fiction book once’s knows it’s not about what the summary alone can teach you.. it’s the story and the learning through pain and reflection

I use LM Studio with the local server it ships and connect it to opencode. Takes 2 min to setup

When a blog like this goes completely black or white on a topic I get skeptical. Nothing in life is 0 or 1. So is AI. Has some good to it and some obvious issues. All not that big of a deal. Ppl try to position themselves on the edges bc that’s what’s polarizes and engages conversation…

That’s fun. I also love QR codes so I created https://qr-mailbox.com it gives u a we based inbox which just a unique string that lets you receive messages. I thought since Covid qrs have become a thing and ppl know how to scan and message

i dont get it, watched the video seeing the "power" of using multiple branches at the same workdirectory etc. all i was thinking was ok they want to make it easy for coding agents work with multiple branches / feautres at once... Just that works already pretty well with git and worktrees... and agent uses the tools anyway... dont know what they want to build with 17M
