LEA, Customs and intelligence agencies regularly use GDB to hack and extract information from an Android phone. So in that sense it may be a valid concern and reason to restrict this.

However, I'm pretty sure these entities will already have negotiated exemptions from the restrictions so in that sense they don't add much security.

No it isn't. I don't trust A.I. to generate maintainable and correct code and the people that use are too lazy or incompetent to write it themselves so I don't trust them either.

Ergo: I'd always go for "NO A.I. WAS USED IN CREATING THIS PROGRAM"

There's no need for CD, cassette or MiniDisc. These days you can store ALL your music in CD-quality audio on a single solid-state memory card.

People clamoring for cassette and CD are a tiny minority. Most listen on their PC or smartphone.

I would argue Anthropic isn't pirating books but merely "reading" them. If they simply buy the books they can read them like any individual does.
