I think your response to the previous poster highlights your victim mentality. And they do not have a duty to entertain you - nobody cares if their conversation bores you. You seem very self-centered and having mental issues. Perhaps this is likely to have shaped your skewed perspective of an otherwise reasonable education system.

But that may also be way of waging war. In fact, the US did the same on Bagadad. Why you lamenting that? I don't understand it. Are you complaining that they may not be following the Geneva Convention's rule? How about Gitmo? There are no rules. The only apparent rules are those that are pushed louder by the media propaganda. As the West currently excels in that, you have the impression that those are the rules. But they would change them quickly and feed you some other "rules" if those would not suit them equally well. And most of the "war crimes" they fed you probably never happen. Lies, lies, lies. The only different you can make to your life is whether you are going to believe them or question them. After Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libia, and Syria, you still believe them? Have they brainwashed you so badly?

Your last (ironic) statement is interesting. In the same vein, America's use of nuclear weapons to stop Japan made the world a worst place. Or America's attack on the Taliban made the world a worst place. Not everything that has the potential for destruction is intrinsically bad. The police has guns, but they use them to protect you. Russia has tactical nuclear weapons and it is using them to protect the rest of the world from the American's liberal ideology that is trying to start WW3. I would be interested in your point of view.

Yours is an interesting take. Do you mean that Russia is afraid of the consequences of hitting NATO? Do you mean they are afraid NATO could attack it and destroy their country? I am not sure that may be the case. Ultimately, they did go ahead with their SMO in Ukraine. They are fighting, dying, and do not seem afraid of war. NATO, to the contrary, does not seem to have the leadership to take up a real war, besides their many hysterical Russophobic leaders, especially in the Baltics and Eastern Europe. Could it be that Russia may assess a large war as highly likely and is biding its time to build more weapons and prepare for it? Because that is a very valid alternative to your hypothesis.

The choice of words is important. It’s appealing to the West propaganda machine to represent conflict within the Russian power structures. They use the word ‘sacking’ because their western leaders would exercise their prerogative to power and do just that (the “democratic” ones). To their disappointment, Shoigu was promoted to head of security services, while being replaced by someone with more experience of economic management. This is part of their strategy of integrating their military complex into the economy. The West should read this as: “our military power is here to stay and increase further.”
Interestingly, just like after WWII the American MIC had to manufacture wars to justify its existence, it’ll be interesting to see where the new Russian military capacity we will focus after this war. Africa for sure, to arm it against the European colonial powers. But who knows what other places. France is going to be well pissed off))
