I, too, experienced dry eyes and found it challenging to consciously blink regularly. A few years ago, someone gifted me one of these "3-D puzzles" (similar to this: https://www.amazon.ca/Bookend-Miniature-Bookshelf-Birthday-B...). I kept it on my desk and it helped me somewhat regulate my constant focus on the screen by prompting me to glance at it occasionally. That's just something that worked for me.

You're not alone. I've seen it on my account, and all I watch is old jazz stuff and nothing else. My wife's account who just watches mostly bakery has been getting these cartoon or AI generated "child slavery" depictions.

Same experience here. However, I regret getting the 512GB drive option. I'm constantly monitoring my disk space as I do work and personal stuff on the same machine. Like I build Docker images as part of work and have to regularly purge out old images. Good thing macOS intelligently makes space (I have about 250GB in the Photos library) so I also get a random free 10GB from time to time.

I usually buy both an e-book and a paper version of books I want to learn from. Most of my reading is done on the paper one. I like to re-read certain chapters or sections at really random times and places so that's where the e-book comes in. It's a more pricey scheme but I find it really helpful for me.

I use PhotoSync on my iPhone to copy the original photos from iCloud to my Mac.

Then I have two 5TB LaCie Rugged drives that I just attach to the Mac. Finally, using ChronoSync to schedule copying contents from the Mac to both drives as mirrors.

I had this reorganizing problem too, but still wanted to write on a notebook. I finally discovered Kokuyo campus smart binder. It's an A5 or B5 sized loose leaf binder that has these small plasic rings and can hold about 30 pages. Reorganizing is simply opening the binder and rearranging the pages and that worked really well for me.

Loved the JSON file. I was a newcomer to Caddy and started using it when v2 just came out. The JSON config is really simple to write--as long as you have a huge screen :) Never really bothered with the Caddyfile syntax.

Also thanks for fixing the slow JSON schema docs pages, really helped a lot.

I like seeing new ideas, and I'm one who has already settled on one note-taking technique. Discovering new ideas helps me incorporate new methods and also see some flaws to my techniques. That's all fine.

It's understandable we sometimes feel fatigued on watching these assembly-line of apps coming our way, but it's new ideas and not products that excite me.

This is what I do since, I don't know, King's Quest series? After the death of adventure games I don't care about stories anymore. The graphics and the gameplay carry all the weight now. The Assassin's Creed series-what is this Animus crap? Just make the character be that assassin guy instead of switching to some pandering story about a time computer. Seeing what they did to ancient settings and bringing these cities to life is cool but have no time for little stories.

Hmm, would the stored job data still include the AWS credentials? That is, if I change the artifact S3 credentials and I run "nomad job plan" it will show the diff of the AWS keys. That means somewhere in the nomad raft logs the keys are exposed.
