<p>The science keeps getting stronger and stronger on this.<p>Excited for the day when I do not have to justify to my friends & family why I do not want a drink.<p>Many point to the rise in depression and social isolation as a counterweight to the discussion on alcohol's negative effects, but my take is that once the social stigma of refusing a drink is severely lessened and social spaces adapt, that argument will also dissolve.</p>
