Definitely for the EU budget. Now it will receive at least 2.25€ per package (75%[1] of 3€) where they got 0€ before. For the individual countries and their customs systems and personnel on the other hand...

Why? Intel making and keeping it workstation/Xeon-exclusive for a premium for too long. And AMD is still playing along not forcing the issue with their weird "yeah, Zen supports it, but your mainboard may or may not, no idea, don't care, do your own research" stance. But you cannot change it to behave as a single key (i.e. Ctrl), only what the shortcut associated to it does (Shift+Win+F23 IIRC).
