Probably depends on what country they live in and whether their government is spending billions of their taxpayer dollars to simply not build renewable energy projects and invest additional billions on top of that in new oil, gas and coal instead.

Something doesn’t have to be legal in one jurisdiction to advertise it another, thanks to the First Amendment.

There’s plenty of recreational marijuana billboards along interstate highways in states where it’s illegal.

DraftKings would have sued NY if they didn’t “let” them advertise.

My hesitations on this are it stores data in a proprietary format that I may not be able to export to another common format if the product disappears in a few years.

For something personal like photos and the memories they capture, that's not ideal for me.

While the app is still with us, I'm not sure how much it will cost me to export to my photos to my photo library each month.

They’re not taking the videos of people, their contractor is.

If the local police department were legally required to turn over all their computers and servers, it would only contain a fraction of what their contractor captured.

The contractor’s employees have also been proven to abuse access to the contractor’s video files across the nation. Something the local police department has little to no control over.
