Hello, I'm Ricardo and this is an application I've been working on for the past half year.

I've been making music for a while and I have a few hundreds of projects, which several of them, have names that are completely meaningless to me. So I sought out to create a way of always having an audio file from every project without the need for me to render anything manually. Well.. I kinda lost track of my goal and ended up creating an application to work along with the M4L device.

That's how REKALL came about. It's a companion app for organizing/managing your Ableton Live projects.

Import all your projects in one place, filter, sort and tag them, manage your audio exports, group them into releases, take notes. And with the companion Max for Live device, every session you play gets captured automatically, leaving two recordings, one of the last 30s and the other of your arrangement.

The medium doesn't matter, because the majority of content creators are mediocre at best on making said "content". They are just good at selling you the idea that their content matters for you to waste your time with it. If your title is "content creator" your end goal is money/attention not making the content for the sake of making it.

Saying it gives "the minimum" is generous, it's pretty much useless out of the box. And did I say slow as well? I think pi is great if you're into spending your time managing your harness rather than using it. In that regard, it's more like neovim.

What you mention of training without human data seems to me an impossibility. Unless you're talking about going back to programming an AI via traditional methods rather than relying on machine learning (which might not be impossible, hard to prove it as such at least).

I don't think you can divorce intelligence from all biological aspects and just get computational power. It's an interesting question though..

It's damn time for streaming platforms to allow users to filter out AI music. Better than that, would be for the EU to regulate this and to demand an opt-out by default for every streaming provider.
